Gaelscoil Inse Chór said goodbye to a great friend and stalwart supporter last week. Eilish Moore was a tireless advocate who fought relentlessly for an Irish-medium school in Inse Chór. The benefits of her strength, intelligence and creativity are still evident here in our school. Eilish was a warm-hearted woman. A wise and welcoming woman. A brave and courageous woman who inspired those who were her allies and friends. Her smile and laughter were infectious and will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of meeting her. We are thinking of her lovely husband Peter and her wonderful children Conor and Róisín, both former students of Gaelscoil Inse Chór. She will remain in the hearts of those who knew her forever.
